SHIPPING INFO:

• Free shipping within Area zones on the map 
• Shipping quoted outside of the free delivery zone 

Delivery zone:

Staff will consult with you about delivery covering the following things. 

1. All payments must be finalised before the product is dispatched for delivery. 
2. Clear access for a truck and trailer combination which is 19m long, 3.5m wide and 5m high.
3. If access is not provided or impossible, the driver will leave the tanks at the nearest possible place.
4. Australian Poly supplies one delivery driver for the delivery of tanks. Tanks that require positioning require the customer to have appropriate help or machinery on hand to properly position tanks. 
5. We do not provide installation or connection of products (You will need to engage a plumber)
6. Please be aware, if the driver feels the unloading of the product could cause damage to the product or your property they will request you sign a waiver that any damage will be your responsibility.

As per legislative requirements and in order to comply with the Australian Standards (AS/NZ4766), our Plastic Suppliers have removed all heavy metals from the manufacturing process of the plastic resin used to manufacture tanks. Subsequently, the colour may not be as stay fast as previous. Washing the tank and keeping it clean will assist in maintaining colour.

Exchange POLICY:

• We only exchange, replace, refund items that are defective from the manufacturing process 
• Your Request needs to be provided in writing via email with proof of your purchase
• You will be requested to provide detail and wide photos of the product and issue. And complete a warranty form. 
• Staff will contact regarding process

Cancellation policy 

Please understand your product is built to order. Your product goes through a rotational moulding process. 

Your colour selection and fit-out make your tank unique.  Below is our cancellation policy.

1. If the product has not gone into production their will be no cancellation fee
2. If the product has been manufactured but not fitted out there will be no cancellation fee. 
3. If the product has been manufactured and fitted out there will be a restocking fee (TBA)
4. If the product has been manufactured and fitted out with attempted delivery their will be a restocking fee (TBA)
5. Orders that have been delivered, received and paid for only under extraordinary circumstances reviewed by management will refund or part refund is given consideration.

NOTICE: ALL PURCHASERS MUST, ON RECEIPT OF THE TANK, READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS SUPPLIED WITH THE TANK. IF YOUR TANK WAS SUPPLIED WITHOUT INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A COPY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
